Conformity and ethics

“Moral excellence is the result of habit. We become righteous by doing right, temperate actions by doing temperate actions, courageous by doing courageous actions”

(Aristotle, Nicomachean Ethics)

Augentes, in routine activities of all its divisions, focuses on compliance with ethical standards defined by laws, regulations and internal codes of conduct. A long and constant commitment, a patient and difficult work to reinforce corporate values, to strengthen and consolidate a deep consensus, built over time.

Augentes considers as vital to establish and clearly define the values and principles that guide the company action, both within and outside the company, to ensure that all activities are carried out in compliance with the relevant standards, in a framework of fair competition, honesty, integrity, fairness and good faith. Particular attention is given to the implementation of behaviors that respect the legitimate interests of all stakeholders, all the subjects with whom Augentes usually comes into contact: administrators, directors, managers, employees and collaborators of any kind, suppliers, customers, partners, local and international communities, institutions of the countries where the company operates.

The ethical values that guide Augentes, set and expressed in the Ethic Code, are the subject of a continuous implementation that translates the theoretical objective into daily practice in the three business sectors of Technical Management Service, European-Project Management and Training.
